Here is an example layout for a gourmet travel piece I was commissioned to do for Food and Travel Magazine.

The assignment was for five days in the Isle of Man with food specialist and writer Michael Rafael. Michael has a wonderful way of sniffing out the best a place has to offer in terms of both restaurants and fresh local produce. It's always a joy to work with him.

Food and Travel is an interesting publication and one I particularly value because of their appreciation for the B&W and monochrome images they sometimes commission or as here a mixture of mono and colour images.
